What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
Underneath where you would login, click on Forgot Password. You will be asked to enter your username and email address. The system will then send a new password to your email address.
Why can I not see the items displaying on my screen when placing an order?
Switch your browser to Google Chrome or make the Eazybranch site a trusted website on your browser.
Why is the system so slow?
Please check with your IT department about making the Eazybranch website a trusted site as well as ensuring that you have sufficient bandwidth. The first time you use the site it may take some time as everything downloads. Subsequently the site will run more quickly.
